Re: How tall are E30 Rear Lowering Springs?
Surely there must be 20mm diffrence between the 40mm and 60mm springs
if your car was fitted with mtec suspension then a -35mm spring will not lower your car any I think they quote the lowering height over standard ride height not the mtec suspension which is 35mm lower

Could be the prop centre bearing on its way out
possibly wishbone bushes.
does the steering wheel shake or does it feel like your whole cars vibrating

Re: Newbie asking about m42 tuning
If stock losses are 24% what would account for my 40% loss?
patrick while your engine is out you might look @ swapping flywheel I think one of the m20 single mass ones fit not sure but think its 320 one. I'm sure someone will tell u for certain .

don't know if it was that. Is rwhp measured or calculated?

Re: mega squirt on the IS
Hi mate had a remap today @ chipped uk 163bhp/148.2lb/ft this was up from 118hp .
was surprised it was so low to start with. Thought about ms for mine to get rid of afm
but it looked to tech for me , a Bbtb improved the throttle response and cured the flat spot I had
good luck
