E30 Zone

I have a dial gauge which we use to find tdc through the spark plug hole

Well that's a bummer coz I haven't got a clue on setting it up

I thought u just fit the pulley and adjust it 1.57mm either way

Try the cam settings
I have a Kent cam bm63 cam fitted
And I've ordered the veriner pulley
On Kent cams it say ltdc 1.57mm inlet
What does that mean
Do I turn the veriner cam 1.57mm toward the inlet or exhaust

Right guys I'm still messing around with the problem. What I've noticed is If I pull out cylinder 1 ht lead the car wants to stall But when I pull of cylinder 2-6 it hesitates a little But don't feel like it wants to stall I've checked my Compression on 1 2 3 cylinders And they are the same Could it...

It's a chipped done for my engine wasn't done on the car
I've tried another ecu and tried my original chip aswell
Still the same

It's pushing me to breaking point

I've been on this for the last couple of days
I still can't get the hc down
Tryed adjusting the tappets
Changed spark plugs
Reset throttle
Still the same sh*t
I've had enough
I really don't know what else to do

Any ideas guys

Timing: 27 /70 70/ 27
Full lift: inlet 111 deg atdc
Ltdc:1.57mm inlet

Could this be my issues
And what do I need to do

How would I do the timing on the cam
Shouldn't it all be on the original timing marks
Or is it different when a high lift cam I'd used
I'm using a Kent cam 270*
how will I check cylinder leaks
With a compression tedter ?

There no misfire in fact she accelerates perfect
It runs a bit lumpy on idle though
What could I do to fix the a f ratio

That's on idle

im gonna fix the arch and sort out the other bits
ie valance
bit of rust under window o/s/r
park it up throu the winter then back up for sale in the summer

£3600 id rather keep it on my drive parked up then let it go for that.
