Youre more than welcome to take my rack and linkage to try it out - if you don't like it just return it. I think it would be totally fine on 16" wheels. I did this conversion over a year ago. I have since swapped it out as on my setup the steering was too heavy - although I run 245/40/18's on the front.

I still have the rack and linkage if anyone wants to buy it but I would say that if you are running big wheels then you will want a powered rack.

No baffled tips - I have side exits, no cats but a centre silencer and 'back box' - both straight thru - twin 2.5" pipes. 98db static at 4500 rpm. Based on readings from Bedford I am bout 88db drive by.

Im not sure where I am going wrong but my car is 1100kg wet with 1/4 tank fuel but car is stripped and poly carb windows etc... Car needs a diet but hard to know where to take weight out now (apart from doors which should see at 30kg saving).

Funny thing is the fuel cell is baffled so I was a bit surprised myself but this should sort it out once and for all.
