Mid engine swap hopefully ready for summer!!!

Am changing my g260 on my m52 conversion to the ZF box and am struggling to find an E36 328 manual propshaft. Does anyone have suggestions on alternatives pls?

I had a similar issue with my m52b28. Poor fuel economy and it drove like it was a vtech engine. Would be sluggish up to 4K ish then take off. Would also pop on the overrun. Same fault code as yours. Bought a new cps from BMW and solved the problem... About 120 I think...

Brian, mines an 89 320... i returned them and used my old ones in the end. I was being a tart and didn't want to use my olds ones.... My first and last experience of trusting a website..... Kev

Not sure if it's the same ones but I bought ,Drive Shaft SKF VKJC 1148, from Mister Auto. Their website shows it fits an E30 but they didn't. Pretty sure they were for an E36. They wouldn't fit the output flanges on my medium case diff....

Hmmmm. Not really. It's different, love the way the m52 pulls. It does feel like a bit of a mongrel car though using the e36 engine but it's a moredoor so I don't feel too bad. If it was a 325 tech one or two I think I would have gone for a m20b27 conversion. My friends just done one in his E21 and ...

Mines with RH insurance. When it was a 320 auto it was 135 per year. When I declared the m52b28 upgrade it went up to 155.... Limited to 3000 miles per year and with a agreed value of 3k.....
