Lmao good responce my bench is being retrimed atm i just like the centre and the fact its 4 seats instead of 5 but id much rather leave it alone as i like my parcel shelf

Cant seem to find an original e30 318is engine so can i build one from an e36 m42 and it will be the same as.

If this is possible what do i need to make it identical.

I have a m42 original engine in my 318is but i was to build another one.

I saw no otherway of getting to the plugs to take it off ill have to test it moght be shorting out but im not sure nor am i a mechanic lol.

Do m40 injector looms fit m42 engines? Had a bit of a problem today my 18IS started to lose power when i put my foot down and kept cutting out, just as i reached my grove she packed up completly and would not start again. When trying to start it i could hear a sparking noise and the smell of petrol ...

I need the fixings to attach the pop hinge to the d post i have no idea what im looking for! The windows are in but i have had to tie them closed. I have been to bmw breakers here in birmingham UK but no look, im not even sure what im looking for.

Ive took the inner trim out and undone the 2 8mm nuts but it didnt budge so im not sure. I will try folding the rubber back and pushing it out and see what happens!

I thought that need to fold enough of it back tho to get it out!
