I walk through walton to get to on the train in the morning and also spend most evenings there so may be able to fly by if it is in the correct end! Looks like it could be in the heart which i fear has private gating!

Re-fitting the propshaft on Hoshy's 318is supercharger abortion (no offence ash :)) with me pulling a 1/2 inch ratchet, with my body weight behind it, to tighten the bolt, and my mate holding the nut with a spanner. Socket slips, ratchet smashes me in the centre of the forehead, ensues muchos blood ...

Obvioulsy i would advise coating it to minimise corrosion issues.

The powder coater near me will do most colours but obviously the more of one colour we have the cheaper.

Good that you are ok on the steel option, i will proceed forward with some more quotes this week.

The quotes i have got for the above design have turned out to be quite expensive; mainly due to manufacturing costs as its quite a hefty part and alse the right angle is allegedly giving a few people headaches. I can get them made as they are but the price is going to be around about £80 which is hi...

Yep, sort off! I am waiting for a quote from a supplier but the guy is currently on his summer holidays, should have a price by the middle of next week; am going to get ten sets made up initially.
