Re:
Fantastic thread and a great inspiration, I've got a tacky M3 rep I plan on stripping down and working from ground up to make it look the real deal with an S54 swap. Amazing build and outstanding effort on your part, will be watching this eagerly for updates!

Pesch bumpers
Anyone on here got any experience with these? They sell some decent looking fibreglass bumpers but I've been getting mixed reviews from various other sites, I'm after the M3 front & rear bumpers they've got but if the quality is going to be sub-par I'll look elsewhere. Thanks guys http://www.pesch.c...

Hi mate, do you have any black leather seats in? Sports ideally, but I'd be interested in any you've got

Re: M50 conversion cost?
Go straight for an m52 unless you want to run boost in the future. More power, lighter, probably easier to source. Budget £2k to do it properly. This can obviously go down or up depending on how "properly" you want it done. Also check out the m5x section of the forum, loads of threads and loads of ...

Re: M50 conversion cost?
Thanks mate, already had a good read through this, I was more wondering about budgets for DIY or having it done 'professionally'Speedtouch wrote:http://www.e30zone.net/e30zonewiki/inde ... Swap_-_M5x

M50 conversion cost?
Hi guys, recently purchased a 316i with M20B25 engine swap in it, the engine needs bits of work doing to bring it up to a good running standard. I've been tossing around the idea of chucking the old engine and going straight for an M50 conversion, any advice on this about what kind of costs I'd be l...

Re: Minimum price for a 325i?
Looking at the trim and the axed rear valance, I am guessing that is a lowly four pot with a 6 pot engine 'thrown' in to it. Under bonnet pics / dealer spec check will confirm all. 320 and 325 engines look similar to the untrained eye so be careful ! Thanks for the advice, I'll be sure to look into...

Re: Minimum price for a 325i?
It's only rot that kills e30s really check all the usual places I believe there's a buyers guide pinned on the forum somewhere, if its tax & tested I think £795 isn't bad but would be nicer if it was £600  good luck Thanks, I'll have to go check it out! Also should've mentioned that the car i...

Minimum price for a 325i?
So a 325i manual popped up for sale near me for £795 with just over 70k on the clocks. I've never owned an E30 before, but to me this sounds a bit cheap especially for a 325. The thing looks a bit of a shed too and obviously needs work doing but I don't want to waste my time with it if it's going to...
