I have recently tried to get one for my 320i. Everywhere was as expensive as a BMW dealer. Just went to them, its about £25.
Found one for a 325i from http://www.incarmotorfactors.co.uk/ for £10.

I did get the engine running (bit lumpy) after the head replacement. I left it for a while and did a valve clearance adjustment, and then thats where the troubles really began.
