hiya all trying to trace some history for my m3 from germany the car was imported to the uk in 2008 since it lived a fair bit of its life in germany whats the best way about tracing paper work etc can i contact my local bmw would they have any contact numbers at germany etc

My sports been leaking for sometime its the sump gasket also the engine has become alot louder the tappest what am i looking on labour cost and best places in the west midlands to get it sorted and besides the gaskets what would i require for the tapping noise would it simpley be a valve timing needed

drove past this a couple of weeks ago seems like a nice car but he should of applied for the v5 but no paperwork means no sale no mot and no tax ??? not worth the punt
