Re: About to set fire to the damn thing!!

I've got the crow bar out. And I've undone the top 3 so they're almost off. I'm doing this just by myself so need them to sit in to hold up. In the video his lower arm drops about 3 inches and mine barely drops at all! I can't find any oem details on my strut either. Does it matter that I'm jacked u...

About to set fire to the damn thing!!

I'm trying to fit lowering springs into my e30 it's taken me a long time to get the lower arm joint out. Whilst attempting to re fit the strut back onto the ball joint I'm really struggling to get it to line up. I've watched this video but he's just made things look far too easy. It's almost as if m...

Please help, Powersteering Conversion issues

Hi guys, I brought a e30 325i p/s rack for my non p/s 318i. Ive managed to fit the rack in, by taking the sump off the engine. Now ive come across two problems. One) the steering collum UJ that connects to the rack, is too small to allow the steering rack pin inside the joint. Two) the steering coll...

Re: Really noob question

Thinking m50 b25 conversion

I'd just been told that I would be better off to put a electrical pump in., however he didn't and never has owned a e30.
Okay now to search for a m10 pump. Cheers for the help :)

Re: Really noob question

As its a 318i I'm not exactly sure of which pump, belt and pulley I need. And to be honest is it worth me having a engine ran pump if I'm only going to do a conversion in the future??

Can, or is there even such a thing close to a electric power steering pump that will power this and what other bits and bobs will...
