E30 Zone

Hi, One of the centre caps locking nut bit on my OE 15" BBS wheels has gone buggered. I've had a look on Real OEM but it looks like id have to buy the full cap with the bit that covers the wheel bolts ? I've found what are supposed to be BBS originals on ebay from Germany but the parts numbers done ...

Hi, I think I've got some kind of air leak somewhere on my '89 325is as I've got an intermittent hunting problem.
When the car is sat idling it randomly starts revving from approx 700 to 1500rpm

Any ideas anyone ?

Is there such a thing as a tried and tested fast road replacement / upgrade parts list for a 325is that I can cherry pick from ? Two reasons really: - 1, am sick of buying and fitting bits from the likes of ECP that are supposed to be OE equivalent to find that they're just crap, don't fit or both 2...

If they are sports one, I might be interested in taking them! :D Engine transplants thought process was that I could end up spending a load of money to refresh the lump ive got so is it worth spending more and swapping for summat ...

Where can you get these from ? BMW dealers ?

Thanks for the comments. Think I might / should stick with keeping it a 325 as it should be and just get the bits and pieces sorted as well as an engine refurb.

Drove it, as I have done pretty much every day since I got it this time last year. Really do like E30's !

Car seems to have developed a problem. On tick over it'll often rev between 500 and 1k revs. Had a quick look in the throttle body and checked air pipes for leaks but all seemed fine. So I looked at the idle control valve. It didn't seem to make any difference if this was plugged in or not ? It's go...

Is there such a thing as a detachable towbar for a 325is ?

Had a quick look on witter website and eBay but not much luck

I've replaced the OEM system a few months ago because it was blowing. The one I've got now is sort of fine but I've managed to make a mess of the middle box after some "enthusiastic" country road driving and I'm thinking that stainless (damage aside) is a fit and forget
