Surely the only time to take into consideration the location of a car for sale is if it's very close to the sea?

Re: :x Lollipop bush fitting advice

If you don't have a press, might jacking a wheel up and lowering it or the disc down onto it work? I just took mine to the local garage, £5 and they removed the old ones and popped the new ones in for me. No hassle! Where I had issues was getting the lollipop bushes back onto my new wishbones. If yo...

Going from an S3 to a 320i is interesting.. How're you finding it so far?

(I've been thinking about selling up to buy an S3, haha)

Re: Removing injector rail wiring harness?

From the wiki: " We will now need to separate the fuel injectors from the fuel rail. Use a small flathead screwdriver to remove the retaining clips holding the injectors on and store them in a safe place. Now pull the injectors out of the fuel rails. You may have to use a little force to get them ou...

Re: Removing injector rail wiring harness?

Managed to get it off in the end - I had missed a locking ring on the under side of the bracket after unscrewing the connector. Doh! New puzzle is getting the injectors off of the rail.. No matter how hard I pull on the injectors, they don't pop off. Still in the process of searching for the answer ...

Removing injector rail wiring harness?

Hi all, Simple question.. I'm trying to remove the injector harness on a '91 325i but where the large circle connector plugs into the wiring loom on the passenger side of the engine, I can't seperate the plug from the metal bracket. What's the correct way to remove it? I don't want to try one method...

How does the advice here differ for those of us not blessed with an LSD? Last year I parked the e30 up and didn't use it at all through the snow. I live at the highest point of Sheffield, so getting anywhere involves going up or down bloody steep hills!

Dare RS'. I've got a set on my e30 and love them. I've not had a single negative comment about them as people with sense know for the same set of real RS' you're talking easily more than triple the amount. No hassle with air leaks, no having to re-polish the dishes, no worrying you're going to curb ...

Weighing up the cost of upgrading the rack.. I guess you're looking at about £300 all in if you're doing the work yourself.

Re: What modern cars does e30 match...

The e30 isn't exactly fast, but the driving experience is just so good. After a weekend of driving a 1.0 Micra (admittedly a pretty decent little car!) my 325i felt amazing! I think there is always something that can't quite be explained as to why we bother with these old cars until you own one. The...

Quick Q! Bleed nipple mm size

Just a quick question as I need to buy a flare spanner tomorrow..

What size in mm is the bleed nipple on the clutch slave cylinder?

Googled and searched but couldn't find an answer (and don't have time to get under the car!)

Thanks
