DME ignition leads

Hi...

Could anyone point me in the right direction of some DME-type ignition leads for my M20B25 (they have to be the non-distributor type apparently).

Could also do with cap and arm to suit too.

It's in my '85 E28 (sorry, not sorry) if that makes any difference...

Thanks in advance.

It was Lachs silver with black leather.

Yeah, I know it's still on the same plate, hence me asking if anyone knew of its whereabouts...

Where is D5GMR - 320iS - Ireland maybe?

Years ago, some of you may remember I had an '88 Portuguese imported 320iS from Wayne Howlett. While I had it, I put my private plate on it - D5 GMR Through a series of misfortunes, I sold the car with the plate on and was unable to retrieve it before the new owner 'did one' with it. Long story. Doe...

Re: Buying an E36 M3 Evo Saloon

Agreed. I had a 328i Sport a few years back, and while it was a very competent car... it is no match for the M3 Evo. Update... Medic! Coil-pack down! It gave up the ghost on my way down to Edition38 on Saturday. Managed to get there and then limp home on the Sunday. It's in now for a replacement and...

Re: Buying an E36 M3 Evo Saloon

Well... I've bought a '96 silver M3 Evo saloon now. I've had it for just over a month now and I love it. Even PacerPete gave it a semi-thumbs up when he saw it a few weeks back, so it can't be that bad! Eibachs on, Momo wheel on, and all's going well. Style 5's refurb'd and I've managed to rebuild o...

Re: Can I get your thoughts on this e36 please?

I'm hoping that the one I'm going to see tomorrow is a good 'un. It's a bog-standard saloon, so I'm hoping it's not been pushed too hard for most of it's life.

I AM prepared to be disappointed though!

Well, put it like this... in Total BMW this month there's a pair of E28's in there. One of them is rocking E30 leather Sports seats, so I assume that it's a reversible option!

Re: Buying an E36 M3 Evo Saloon

My old 328i Sport was a fantastic car, even though it was a slush box. It's no M3 though. I'm going for a 4-dr for a couple of reasons... non-modded examples are much more common, kids can go in the back without too much effort (Ben - just got married (again) - she's great this time though!) and I f...

Buying an E36 M3 Evo Saloon

So... I'm eventually coming back in to the BMW fold, although it's going to be an E36 - sorry! I've sold my amazing A4 and have my heart set on an E36 Evo. Re: Is there any kind of left foot rest plate i can buy??

I completely disagree with that... sorry. Having a decent seat and harness installed and you shouldn't need to 'brace yourself' at all. I never condoned riding the clutch, ever... it's just there's no need to 'rest' your clutch foot while racing/track-daying... you need it quite often! It's like hav...

Cost me £135 for a set of 4 - 2x20mm and 2x25mm widths... 5x100 - 5x112 stud pattern. I'm sure they can do 4x100 conversions to...

Jeez... what do you want for £2k...? No, it comes with the single carb. The twin carbs are not fitted. They are available, with the inlet manifold, by separate negotiation. This lovely bit of kit is still available. Give my old man a bell... he'll be happy to talk to you.

Re: wanted bmw 2002

Dad's is a '71 2002 Ti - round rear lights.

It also came with some super cool period Recaros as well as the standard interior. They are pretty shot but would be ace once re-trimmed (was thinking about using them myself)... and it came with twin-45's... complete with inlet manifold!

Give my Father a ring on 01507 605030 - tell him Giles (that's me, his son!) sent you. The buyer is trying to wriggle out of the deal at the moment, so it's potentially available again. E46 330i auto 'box

My Mum's '00 330i Touring Auto/tiptronic has just lost reverse gear. Put it into reverse and there's nothing. You can rev the engine and there's no movement.

Anyone know where we could get a replacement? I've been quoted £1500 for a re-con unit + labour to get it sorted.

Help!
