removal on luggage cover rail on touring??

Anyone know how to remove the 'luggage cover rail' on a touring, I can see the two big screws which I've removed, but there are two others I cannot get to as the plastic ends would need to come off, but these don't appear to slid off, I would have to break them? Anyone removed the cover rail before?...

130mph

I've had 2 325i saloons and both have pulled to 130-135 mph on the clock in forth, 5th would drop the revs off a bit. The touring I have now is newer but heavier and gearing is different I belive and will only pull 125mph.

I'd say 130 in 4th is about stock.

Chips of the performance increasing kind not the ones with fish.

Any ideas, are they worth it, there are a few sellers on ebay, dodgy?
I'm looking to increase my idle as it's poor until the car warms up and then its only around 650rpm this seems a bit low, would a chip help, any thoughts.

never gets up to temperature, always runs cold?

My 325i always runs at 1/3 of the way up the temperature gauge unless in traffic, and it seems quite heavy on fuel I'd say 18-20mpg.
I've heard of some people talk about a blue temperature sensor, where is this and how do I know if it's not functioning and where can I get a new one?

My 325i touring always seems to run around 1/3 of the way up the temperature dial, whereas my old saloon used to run around 1/2 way, basically in the middle. My touring seems to run cold unless I hit traffic, then give it 10 minutes and its up to 2/3 of the way and if I don't put the blowers on, it ...

Also I do NOT want the car to be any noisier, and would this be worth it, how much BHP does the cat restrict?
Anyone decatted there touring?

average rpm and mph in a 325i touring

Okay, I can change a few bit's like air flow meteres and pads, shocks etc.. and service a car but thats about it. My 325i tourer runs on LPG, it runs rough at idle, 400rpm, and uses twice as much fuel as it should, running really rich (had 2 E30 325i b4). Also down on power by 30%, seems to be holdi...
