Re:
Nice! Really suits the touring. Quick update on the E30 actually, haven't been on here in a while. One of those "can this day get any worse" kind of stories. Back in late January, it was giving a bit of trouble, not starting/cutting out kind of annoying stuff. After changing the fuel regulator..hey ...

Re: LPG filler types
How big is your tank??[/quote] Can't remember exactly but it's roughly only 30-35 litres. Fitted in the spare-wheel well. Although if I heard someone correctly the tank only gets filled to 90% before clicking off? Expansion reasons I imagine, I'm sure others are more clued up on them. So add up thos...

Re: LPG filler types
It is a good idea i suppose in that it does completely hide it, but it's not quick job refilling! (although I am getting faster) It's just if it's raining or freezing cold and you're trying to unscrew and unclip the plate with frozen fingers...then put it back together again...meh Plus my tank only ...

Re: LPG filler types
Just don't put the LPG filler behind the number plate like a previous owner of mine did! An absolute faff filling up! Having to unscrew and unclip the number plate every time with the queue of taxi drivers waiting behind

Todays Problem....confused
Ok, so upon replacing the fuel pressure regulator yesterday, the car fired up no problems after refusing to start and cutting out etc. Must have stopped and started it a dozen times over two days no problems at home just to check...then drove to the shop, came out, and....it would not start. I assum...

Brake jammed on
Hi all, Pushed the car into the garage on Boxing Day as it wouldn't start, so got that little problem sorted today. (Fuel pressure regulator) However, my smile disappeared when I went to reverse out and....left rear brake is jammed on  I hardly laughed at all. Probably my fault, I forgot to tak...

Wheels for E30
Hi all, I need a wheel to use as a spare wheel for the E30, and was wondering what all would fit? Doesn't have to be anything special, just a 4-stud to fit front or back. Steel or alloy is good, just something to throw in the boot if I get a puncture. I'm finding old BMW wheels hard to come by, is i...

Price for 1988 E30 325i Fuel Pressure Regulator
Hi!
Well as said in the title I'm after a Fuel Pressure Regulator for my '88 E30 325i.
Nowhere in Northern Ireland seem to have the part or the ability to have it within 3 weeks!
Any ideas?
Thanks!
