Re: Door card colour change
Now, the real question is... matt or gloss black for the door cards?

American meet pics from Reddit.
Not sure if any of you chaps are on Reddit, but here are some real nice snaps from a 2012 'E30 Picnic' in Washington, USA.

Re: Door card colour change
It's a 4 door with vinyl cards. Only paying £20 for the black seats so not really interested in buying a set of black cards. Would cost that to get them across the Irish sea.
Mo, whats that halfords stuff like to touch? Sticky at all?

Door card colour change
My beige door cards are hopefully turning black to match my new seats and (hopefully successful) dyed carpet.
I assume some sort of vinyl paint is the way to go and there seems to be a few cans on eBay. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Question: Why is there always moisture under my boot lid?
Last night it could have been because I put my football boots where in there, but it definitely happens more often than it should.
Lots of moisture under the lid? Why?

Oh yeah sorry the whole point of my last post was that I hate the sight of the beige. Would love to change it to anything dark.

Re:
My seats aren't sport, just the regular comfort seats but they are beige cloth.
Strange though, they have leather patch which is just on the bottom of the seat, not the sides or the backrest at all.

Cheers for heads up lads. We get this sorted soon. My wrists are starting to hurt from physically keeping the car straight!

Name that part... steering alignment edition
I have a 87' 318i and the steering alignment is way off. I dropped the car into a local place to get sorted and they were unable to do it. They told me the name of the part I needed to replace and I just cannot remember what it was called. So, to fix the alignment regularly you would adjust [PART X]...

Devil foam on bonnet underside?
This foam is driving me mad! Falling to pieces all over the engine and all over my clothes.
Going to rip it out, is it just for sound dampening?
Anyone suggest a replacement?
I'm running an 318i M10, so noise isn't really an issue.

Re: BMW club & classic insurance N.I
I have regular insurance due to being a child and only having one car.
Had real trouble finding anything in NI. In the end Hughes sorted me out through Axa for £650 3rd Party Only for my 1987 318i

Out of interest, mine has the original windscreen with running-in label. Is this a good thing?

Re: E30 Specialists in Northern Ireland?
I had a chat to one of the owners in Auto Technic in East Belfast. He worked in the main dealership for about 10 years and then opened up. He wasn't made keen on the E30 chat, but they would know their stuff i'd say. Although it's not exactly an old man in a shed, so expect to pay decent money! http...

Re: M10 318i Radiator Change - What will fit?
Losing a lot of fluid. Took it a local radiator guy and he said it was the top seal but the whole thing is a mess and wasn't worth fixing. A couple on eBay for 70 delivered so it looks like the way to go. I just have to man up and pay. Can't really complain, it will be the second over £50 hit I've h...

M10 318i Radiator Change - What will fit?
Hi Chaps, I have an 1987 pre-facelift 318i with an M10 engine. My radiator is absolutely knackered (un-reparable) and my because my temp gauge is out I figure I should replace it. Anyone know the range of radiators I could get away with? Need a solution on the cheap just to keep the car on the road....
