Intake boot/air filter
I have fitted my m52 but now need to sort out the air filter and intake elbow. I want to use a standard style filter ideally, so what filters can be used? I have an m52 maf? Which elbow do I need? I have an elbow on there at the moment that fits the throttle body but not the maf? Thanks in advance h...

M52 swap starter clicking
Hey all
I've just finished bolting up my m52
I've gone to turn the key for the first start and the starter is just clicking, not spinning or engaging
Any ideas on what Might be the cause?

Brake servo
Morning all I've just finished putting the brake system together on my e30 I've used a clio servo with a spacer I've now bled the brakes and the car car be pushed but it's a bit of effort could this be because it's spent a year standing? Or is the spacer to long? Also the brake pedal doesn't return ...

I've fitted my e34 sump and dipstick to my m52 engine today
There was an oil breather pipe? Attached to the m52 dipstick
Now the pipe is just hanging there
What do I do with it?

You two are legends all done now front wheels on the deck for the first time in 14 months!
Also next door may have learnt a few swear words! I think I taught myself done new ones when my brother did the other side to what I did first time! Fuming!

Bought 19mm ones Cannot fit these for love nor money New shackles and old shackles both do the same thing The front peice of the shackle keeps popping out the slot not going far enough in to allow it to come up to the bolt hole Closest I've got the bolt hole to line up is 2 cm gap Any one able to he...

I'm putting my coupe back together ATM and I've lost all the bolts that's hold the front valence and bumper on

At the connection in the glove box
At the c101 both side
The green and black wire has 12v switched live

afternoon all
im half way through my m52 build
i still have my 318 diff in the rear axle im using a 325i gearbox and prop, can i still use the 318 diff with this set up?
yes i know it will be a pig to drive because of the ratio but its only to drive it 10 miles too my new workshop

Evening all
I went to the breakers quickly today an went in the hunt for a aircon electric fan - failed there was two different fans on two differnet cars so I jut wondered if anyone has a picture of the one I need?

Thanks for your input! Found the cause the small wire from the battery has a break in it repaired and the icv makes a noise ect and fired up! Next is to work out what the fault is when it won't do anything!

Evening all So I haven't used my touring in 3 weeks and the battery went flat so I took it off and charged it - put it back on today and it turns over but won't start.
