Re: Rear wheel bearing issues
Hello TPS,
So the sizes differ between these then? The arms are from an ABS car a rolling shell I bought. I will have to check on the bearings.

Hi Rav,
I got it from ECP a bit back. I was trying to find the original bearing to confirm fitment. I am confused.

Rear wheel bearing issues
I had my trailing arms shot blasted and powdercoated. However the new rear bearings don't need pressing in they just slip in with a gap remaining. 2 questions I have. 1) does the trailing arm bearing housing have a sleeve, which I am missing? 2) Are there different size bearings? - I have 75mm outer...

Re: Flywheel?
I am going same route M60 base engine but same gearbox. Clutch wise the i believe the standard m5 clutch will fit the m62 flywheel. It has a solid hub so you get chatter down the input shaft as there is no damper between engine and gearbox. The standard m5 clutch is also a self adjusting clutch. I h...

Have you tried ebay for a supply and fit? there are a few on there. I can't vouch for the quality or rep though as never used them.
Nice convertible i must say! I just got my hands on one for the summer body is not as nice as yours though. what other plans you got after you've sorted the hood?

Re: How easy and fast is a 340i?
Well I hope you continue down this path as I have always wanted a V8 E30.
Its currently my "long term" project .... however just bought a vert which is my summer project / daily (when it's on the road) needs a little work.
Need to add pics, it's a bit rough round edges but I love it.

Oh dear a perfect example of how a company's reputation can be ruined by word of mouth, this was only a few months ago too. I was dubious at first until gooseygander110 rated them on the for sale thread. I dunno what to do now. My car is a long term project, so I plan on building it once and buildin...
