Re: How do i get my car in PBMW mag?
Fair enough, it just struck me that to say if you've built a feature worthy car she will know of it' is a bit complacent. No it isn't. It's her job to know. As Booty says, it's a relatively small community. I've certainly not made any contact with PBMW or made any effort to get my car in the magazi...

I recently had a leak in the passenger footwell and found that one of the rubber pipes that are attached to the matrix pipes coming from the bulk head were not tight enough. Thanksfully someone had the good sense to paint over the chrome wrongness, same as my cab. Tech 1 looks great, that's what I'd like. I just don't like it without side skirts. i agree  the tech 1 kit looks just right on the cab ,not so keen on the alpina one but hartge would would be different...

Re: more cab info !
Probably all 'no's - cabs were facelifted at a different time to the saloons, & some came with painted metal bumpers (as in pre-facelift rather than plastic post-facelift ones) - this one sounds very much like one of those... You'd have to fit a post-facelift front valance to fit the iS lip (there ...

Re: Old skool zoner needs advice !
I've had much the same trouble with my 2.7, rust had just taken too strong a hold on the shell. I was sorry to do it but broke her up and scrapped the shell, I've kept the good bits like the engine and suspension etc and sold the rest. I've almost made back the money I needed to buy a mint 325i Tou...
