You need to be talking to zoner's like reggid or HairyScreech,they have the knowledge of just what bits you would need to stroke out to that sort of capacity. I need fog lights for the front valance.

Real OEM states the part numbers as:

Fog lights, left - 63171386047
Fog lights, right - 63171386048

Indeed they are common problem on the getrag box's. you could try using different gearbox oil to quieten the noise.

The disc's are probably your problem,try old-fashioned plain one's.

Why not try get the members down in NI to verify if possible.
