Squeaking
My cab seems to develop this squeaking noise when driving it kind of speeds up and slows down with the car speed so I guess its got to be somthing to do with the tyres but no idea what, any ideas anyone?

Had to put a lot of DW40 in it, also push it in and out while spraying the magic fluid in making sure it’s well lubricated.

Start off with a wire brush attachment on a dremmel - the easiest bit!
Sand it down starting with 320 grit paper all the way up to 2000 and finaly metal polish, it takes a lot of elbow grease and a very long time!

Blew the hazard fuse in the process, now the hazard light don't work lol have to wait for tomorrow to get a fuse in!

Dig a bit of digging around..... Power steering belt maybe...I had a screeching noise when turned to full lock changed the belt and fluid sorted it out but I would try the fluid first because its quicker and easier.

Cleaned the bulbs/holders still have the same issue! Ok when I close the door with the window down and they put them up the sit in line but with the windows up and closing the door the front stick out unless I pust/tuck the front window in while closing the door! seens to me like the rear windows are too far forward as in towards the front is the anyw...

Im also having this problem! I changed all the bulbs and they all work, but whenever i use it right I just get the fast ticking. I dont really know much about fuses, is it best to take th steering wheel off and have a look? All of my bulbs also work, my next call would be the flash unit/relay under...

Unfortunately I'm still struggling I've followed all the literature for adjusting cab windows and now this is where I am!!! Today it has developed another problem....!!! It was working fine and I indicated to go right no lights just a fast ticking noise indicating left works fine and the hazard work fine all the lights come on....any ideas gents? Cheers

Thanks, I really dont remember seeing the hooks on the blind! do they clip on to the blind or are they glued/screwed on? if they are not there i guess a visit to the dealers is required...

Thanks gents! So the clips go on either end and not the middle
I dont remember seeing any hooks on eith ends of the blind will have to check tonight! looking at the picture I have of the blind fitted I cant see any hooks either.....are they seperate?

Picked up a rear sun blind for my uncle yesterday and fitted the parcel shelf in, no problem”¦”¦”¦.. now to fit the clips!!! Had a feel around the headlining and the ”ahole”a seems bigger than what the 2 clips! I don’t want to just go ahead and cut into the headlining without being sure, has anyone ...
