Hi mate - I don't know, as somebody else built it for me. I'll have a look at it tonight - I think he gave me the little manual that went with it.

Wow - somebody still reading this thread after all this time! Sadly the E30 is long gone, replaced by an E36 M3 - AND I'M STILL TRYING TO SELL THE SUB/AMP ETC AS ABOVE! Any reasonable offer, etc etc.

Best wishes to all E30 enthusiasts...

Re: opinion on : JVC: KD-AVX11 headunit?

I have a JVC with the fold down face, first time I used it (the fold down face), I thought "Thunderbirds", now I just think it's a pain. Yup. And I have to say, my experience of JVC head units has been pretty shite in general —a I had 2 blow up (fortunately inside warranty); the power button h...

I agonised over all this stuff for ages, and just got confused, then found out a guy I worked with made custom boxes etc, so got this made up. Good compromise between depth of bass and not going totally over the top IMHO - then I bought an E36!

Erm... for sale... any decent offer, really...

If anybodyâ┚¬Ã¢”ž¢s interested, I have a set of the â┚¬Ã…”aGreen Meanieâ┚¬Ã‚a 415 injectors, as fitted to the E36â┚¬Ã¢”ž¢s. I bought them to fit to my E30 325, but never got around to it, and now have an M3, so it has them already...

Good stuff. That's what I'd expect from an E36 m3 tbh - a bit more of a blunt instrument, but all good all the same! :D Expensive to run though I'd imagine? I'll have one (or an e34 m5) sometime... Not too bad to run —a actually uses less petrol than the 325! And it's MUCH quieter and more ref...

Anybody want a sub + amp for their boot?

I've defected to the world of E36 M3's now, not long after I had a local guy build me a 12â€a sub (I think) and amp into a nice big box covered in dark grey carpet, which slots in behind the rear seat in the boot, and stretches the full width of the boot. Lovely sound, but it DEFINITELY won't fit...

Can only offer a vague reply here —a the stock injectors fitted to the M20 engine are generally thought to be inadequate if much extra power is produced, which sounds likely in your case! But you can't just stick bigger injectors in, they'll overfuel. I expect you'd need an adjustable FOR, and ...
