yeh the manifolds are horrible cast log manifolds. the forged crank inside the m21 engine will handle 700bhp! with a big enough turbo
i have tryed to get 1 of these cranks for a couple of weeks. i had to buy a complete 524td to get it! these cranks go for a lot nowadays!

throttle body
the coolant on the throttle body is a economy thing. the design warms air as it passes the throttle body to get the engine up to running temp sooner.

the car that bexleys got 196 bhp out of was mine. it had a full race head, shrick cam, 6 branch, bbtb and a unichip. it was remapped at 196.5bhp and 177.0ib/ft. that lot a bought new and cost about Ԛ£2500. why waste that money when for the same money you can turbo or fit a evo in there? :twisted:
