The side stripes are original (at least in design - 'cause the car has had a full respray 2 years ago). As for the cow catcher, the previous owner managed to break 2, so didn't bother to fit a 3rd! I've considered going down that route myself - but kerbs and speed humps put me off!

I have both a manual touring and one with the EH switchable auto. For the real driving experience, and certainly to get the most enjoyment out of the car, its the manual everytime! Hi, I'm trying to decide whether to fit my white touring with MTech 2 kit. Whilst I think the kit looks great on just about every other colour touring that I've seen, not seen many white ones! Can anyone help by posting pics on this thread???

you have my sympathy - I discovered the same thing with my C2.5 touring yesterday! I'm still hoping it might not be the H/G - but in fairness that's me in denial! Mayo and dropping coolant means a 99% certainty of a head problem (so I've been told!).

I'm up in the North East, near Stockton-On-Tees - but I would be prepared to take the car some distance for a recommended garage.

Whilst I have given the car lots of attention in the time I've owned her, she did have a period in storage, which in hindsight hasn't helped with these problems.

I'll keep you all informed as to how things progress.
