you will need a couple of 5A blocking diodes.
I see that the same seller sells blocking diodes (rather expensively), but gives no indication of their rating.

Car looks clean, but must say those wheels don't do it any favours. Get a set of bbs's on it and lower it a touch and it'll look set. I personally would also recommend tints, really transform a car. i was playing on photoshop the other day with tints, its on the list to do... not a fan of bbs thoug...

clutch reservoir

was just checking my fluid levels earlier on today and noticed there is a big crack in the clutch fluid reservoir screw lid. doesnt look like it would be totally air tight, the fluid level is ok though, although very dark in colour? will the cracked lid effect anything? i have been noticing my clutc...

£100 for the whole kit seems like a good price though,

my bite point is pretty high and its starting to slip alot, so guessing its time to get a new clutch. would i get away with just changing the plate or do i need the whole clutch kit? im gonna have a ring round for cost this afternoon, but what short of cost am i looking, just so i have an idea of wh...

revving alot?

my 318 touring seems a bit slower than i was expecting. when i eventually get upto 70mph its revving at around 4000rpm... that seems really high to me, my old neon i had before this would sit at 70mph on a solid 2000rpm also when i am cruising on the motorway at 60-70ish my mpg needle is always betw...

When the bases are lifted, the things on the top pop up, when the back is folded forward, they locate into the lifted bases.

i went to fold down my rear seats in my new touring today to get some in there, and i cant do it. are the button things in the top of the seats at the edges? if thats what those things in mine are, then one is sticking up but would need geoff capes to press it down coz i cant, and the one on the oth...

i was just watching the auction, but it didnt meet reserve or something. i wasn't planning on bidding.
after it i see it didnt sell and emailed the seller, went to see it and offered £250, he wasnt happy but saved him relisting it

part of owning an older car includes playing with the car, learning what goes wrong and why, if not find out on the zone, then fix it relatively easily in your own garage
couldnt agree more, ive learned everything i know about cars (which isnt much) from tinkering with mine.

ive owned new and used cars, and i havent noticed any difference in reliablity between them.
it's like anything, if you look after it, it will look after you.
My touring is my main car, i dont have any other form of transport, it doesnt worry me, i'll be looking after it
