It's a 89 325i SE saloon with rear disk and handbrake in the drum of disk. Diff seems to sound like a aero plane going down road when I have window down, could it be the diff dying on me? Cars done 121k

Help please. Annoying squeal from rear

I'm getting a quite loud squeal from the rear of my car when I go over 20mph to approx 50mph. The noise is a lot louder from the passenger side than the drivers with the windows down. When I apply the foot brake or handbrake the noise still persists. The back plates are clear from the disks. Any hel...

Re: e30 (325) BLEEDING COOLING SYSTEM... URGENT

I had the exact same problem as you the first time I did mine, the car was facing down hill the first time. The second time I had it on perfect level ground took the bleed screw right out and kept filling the expansion tank to the neck with water once it started flowing out the bleed screw I tighten...

Bought the wild chip for the 325 best £30 mod I've ever had on a car. Felt the difference straight away. Easy to fit. Excellent communication told everything I needed to know. Would recommend to anyone. Thanks again

Re: M20b25 mpg?

Thanks for the help guys really appreciated. I've ordered a temp sensor while I'm at work, just short of £4.50 eliminates that sensor.

How do you find out if you have high comp engine or not?

Re: M20b25 mpg?

Just sounds like mine, have to do 80 on motorway so it doesn't get on my nerves lol. What are you thinking the problem is with yours? I'm a mechanic myself but I've learnt on the new cars as I'm only 20 so with the car being older than me I'm struggling to get my head round it haha

Used to get 30+MPG on the daily mostly dual carriageway commute..
Round town and b roads, I live in West Yorkshire so it's quite hilly. I drive slow most of time then I just open it up in second and let off now and again nothing stupid.
