Got a 535 e34, a few of the exhaust manifold bolts have snapped, how easy is it to drill or does the head have to be removed.

my 535 auto gear shifter is really stiff and difficult to engage in to 4 3 and 2, anyone know how to resolve this, when in D the box changes up and down smoothly with no issues.

Looking for 17,18 in alloys and tyres if anyone's got a cheap set lying around gathering dust.
