wow, theres alot more involved when changing the beam, bushes etc. might as well do it all properly. its getting even more expensive

thats a good buy for £1000. change the wheels and it would be spot on

the bushes are cheap enough, but quite labour intensive then. i was going to get danthe to powdercoat a spair rear beam and fit the bushes. then i was going to ask my local bmw garage to fit it. ££££

how long would a garage on average need to change the rear beam bushes?

what seats are you going to have/want in your touring alex?

if the scuttle panel has been replaced, wouldnt there be likely to be other hidden rot somewhere? pictures do make it look nice

hi, is there a difference between the rear calipers of a touring and the other e30s? i thought there is

would the rear calipers of an abs touring fit ones with no abs?

what are the differences between the brakes on the front of a 318 touring(vented) and a 325?

its looking that way for me to. the e46 is a nice car and drive. although the e36 is ahead at the moment, mainly because i like older cars.

i also like the e39 touring but i wont start that post

dont worry mate my love is my e30. my volvo 850 glt 2.5 20v estate is just a cheap run about with the space i need for my son and my bikes.

im sure people have had good and bad experiences with both. i would be spending a max of £1500, so just wanted views on which would be the better buy with my budget.

surely a brand new exhaust from BMW would be the best way to go, if you didnt want performance stainless, thats still good for 20 years ,a custom made standard stainless one, wouldnt me made as good as bmws performance wise would it, sounds a bit daft to me look up the pics someone posted of a stan...
