It looks like the paint on the wing has been touched in on MS Paint rather than with an actual gun on the car!

Re: Possible new route to 5 stud front suspension
It may be a silly question, but why couldn’t a standard E30 4 lug hub be re drilled to 5 lug or drawn and CNC machines with 5 lugs? It’s a great job you’ve done, just seems a lot of effort

What ever happened with this, did it make productioni would be very interested, it would be nice to make it more integrated so they only drop 10mm or so. Can it not be done with the relays but also with a micro switch in the door latch so that when the handle is operated It triggers Down and then wh...

Re: Carpet dye match for indigo
I have but the ones I find are damaged or ripped and are still wanting £250 plus for them, being a convertible seems to make it even harder finding one. The one I have isn’t damaged just grubby and stained so il try elbow grease first and then I’ve got a bit of leeway if it doesn’t work and at least...

Carpet dye match for indigo
I’m looking to remove the carpet from my car, it’s pretty grotty and faded, and there isn’t a patch I have found so far that gives a true representation of the original indigo colour so matching could be an issue. Can anyone recommend a descent carpet dye and or colour that matches. I’m lookinb for ...

I’ve got an aircon kit for my car, but is there any easy way to tell the if the heater box is just straight A/C or if it has regulated temperature control (climate) as well. I don’t have the facia panel so can’t tell that way, the car has regulated temp control (non AC) at the moment so I’m obviousl...

Re: Going rate for an air con kit
That's a shame, I was thinking about fitting it as I'd like to use the car in Europe when it's done. I imagine finding a donor car these days that's complete. I wouldn't have imagined it to be too bad compared to modern standards when in good working order.

Re: Going rate for an air con kit
I would strip, but I'm not sure I'd trust myself not to miss anything as I've not had a lot to do with stripping down E30's before.......unlike a proper specialist breaker, also time and laziness. Cool, that's less than I though it would cost.

Going rate for an air con kit
Before this turns into a wanted add what is the current going rate for a complete air con setup. All parts, so loom, ac heater box, extra fan, pipework, switch gear etc. Serviceable items like condenser and receiver drier etc aren't a problem. I know it's a pig to do but I want it and the car will b...

Is there a source where you can buy 64mm throttle butterfly's or repair kits to use when converting an M20 throttle body to big bore spec. Or is it a case of butchering a good m30 throttle body for its bits?

Looking after an uncracked dashboard
Ive recently purchased an uncracked dashboard for my car. Is there any way I can prevent the new one from the same fait that most dashes suffer. The bumpers on my pre facelift have a few scuffs on the edges and they look like they are either painted or have some kind of durable laminate over the top of the plastic, what is the best way to smarten them up? Is it to flat them back and paint them satin as they are smooth already? The front indi...

Has anyone bought these before. Seem far too cheap to fit and look a reasonable colour match on the plastic. I know quality isn't going to be great but seeing as descent front indicators seem hard to come by for pre facelift cars I thought they may be worth a go. http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item...
