So skip a few years (or 10) and stuff like this is happening... https://youtube.com/shorts/F8mmdm-jv3k?si=cTQ9FgAo0vU7SWcK Loads of other shorts on the channel recently, might be of interest. All about installing a speeduino ECO and custom dashboard (the one there will be re-printed it's prototyping...

Instrument cluster is part of the charging circuit! The reference voltage for the regulator is fed to the small er terminal on the alternator via the battery warning light and/or a bypass resistor connected across it. It's been a while, but need to keep up the story so... There's a fair bit of waffle how 2019 went https://studio.youtube.com/video/3LYCGBr2pTI/edit In reality we didn't do the full season as we've just bought a house, and that's expensive... but we're determined to go all over the country to various...

I haven't installed the other bushes that came from Cotswolds yet so it's all still a tad floppy.. But it's still better than it was.

Enjoyed the read! It's all good experience :) Dude get one of your cars PBMW spec there's more competition there than you can shake a stick at! We have power to weight rules this year so people who have spent thousands on their engines are a bit pissed off, but as it happens I'm not one of them :D P...

Bit of a plug, but also bit of an appeal for feedback and ideas. I launched https://www.trackbook.co.uk a while back, it's the digital version of your setup notes, laptimes, championship standings, car checklist, with all the automation you'd expect from an app. There's a month free for driver subsc...

Yeah maybe I did lift? Can't recall. The tyres were brand new, and I probably aced Redgate so took more speed. My setup is crap, I need it corner weighted or something. Anyone you can recommend near you maybe? I can see visibly the arch has more gap between the tyre on one side than the other at res...

Re: Production BMW Build 320 - RACING!
Not too bad, the Ashley exhaust gave 10 more hp at the wheels which was a surprise! Caught me out down the craners as it's now more ballsy :D https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=a9KGdOEkwRM I'm 2 seconds quicker than last year. Putting that down to having analysed my footage, new tyres and of course the...

Think I've taken it from the stereo, but then there's not much need for a stereo in my car
What's the purpose? If it's for a dashcam or something, perhaps there's no harm piggybacking off that? As long as you make the wiring neat and obvious for the next poor soul

Yep, 14th April at Donny. I'm hoping we get to do the whole season again, but with a house move that's optimistic, but we'll see! About to go out and get the old exhaust off actually. I have an Ashley exhaust so hoping it's a bit lighter. :) https://www.msvracing.com/cars/race-series/production-bmw-...

Go with the standard Bosch ones, or get yours serviced properly by a Bosch dealer. It is a bit pricey, but they will flow test them and check them thoroughly (resistance, response etc). Best price for Bosch ones that come with new seals i found is €65 each, i am still undecided if i should get mine...

Genuine question. Why do you possibly want that much compression on the rear suspension? My understanding was he wouldn't, but just in case it bottomed out it shows there's enough room? I'm only up the road from you handpaper if you want to look at a gaz setup. It's not going to be the best but has...
