maybe you guys can be of some help The engine that i started out with was from an early 325i '87 (i think). however when the block was with the machine shop getting decked one of the pistons got mashed up on the machine. dont ask how lol i got another couple of pistons from a boy up the country same...

Does this get parked on the stranmillis road most days? Thanks for the comments lads The car is '88 and was originally KJI 777 the second owner had it from 1991 until about '06 or '07 and restored the bodywork as in a fresh coat of paint in the late 90's then parked it in a container for about 10 years. so the shell is still mint! the next guy to buy it ...

Personally if I were rebuilding it, I'd ask the customer to finish it off, fit shells, core plugs, 324td oil pump, oil spray bar. Inspect the rocker arms for "flatting" Also advise if it's an eta crank to get it balanced. But that's just what i'd do... why the 324td oil pump and spray bar?? willy
