E36 wont cut it either. Too slow a rack.

I have a 316 1800 carb. Its a non pas model. 4turns lock to lock, which is just no good. What options are there from the E30 range and how quick are the racks that would fit. Is there anything like 2.5 turns lock to lock?? Im considering using an elctric pump if need be,or even a modern rack,but tho...
