Sound as Jim, not polished the turd but have thrown a bucket of water over it winkeye I could meet you at the leicester forest east services at 8:30ish if you want stokiedundee, but that's not on your planned route beware I'm a cruiser not a racer mind :o: so not to worried about cruising down solo 8)

Your keen Jim, not sure my body thinks 7am exists on a sunday :mad:

Especially as that means me getting up at 05:30, which just aint gonna happen, i was thinking about leaving mine at about 8, so as to get to the pod at a far more civilised time so will give you a bell when i get there.

I'm going to be there rain or shine, as the misses will only want me to be working on the house otherwise. Nothing better than a cold damp field when there is DIY to be done! I will bring a canoe just in case.

Sorry don't think I'm going to bother with this anymore.. Can't be doing with turning up for people to give their sad opinions and moan about stupid things on my car. So looks like I'll use this site for wiki and buying and not much else. We are usually too busy getting pissed to worry about anyone...

I owned this car about 5 years ago, it started my love of E30's! It has changed a bit mind over the years. No leather or black kidney when I had it. So glad to see its still on the road :D

They are all coming out of the woodwork now, and seems the mojority had the pfeba front spoiler, and some quality 80's mod, but most have now been fragged or scrapped. Wish i had the time/space to have the Henna for sale, but with renovating the house and 3 cars already, i really dont use the Tech 1...

Was only a wee nipper in the 80's, my Tech 1 still is colour coded winkeye , just need a bit of 80's pop and a shell suit and I'm well away :D

Yeah the grill is red, im sure its not a standard thing, supposedly it was quite a cool thing to have it colour coded in the 80's, cant say I like the red grills myself. Mind you my Tech 1 has colour coded grills :mad: but it is diamond schwartz so not quite a garish as the red 8O . Do love the spor...

There were a multitude of problems Brian, failed on the ABS light last time as the light was not coming on. Took the pinnacle out to find out the light had be cut off, Replaced all that wiring to find the light was staying on (obviously the reason it had beed cut off) bridged the ABS relay in the gl...

Only after a few silly little bits mate, interior door handle surround, coolant sensor, nowt major mate.....

Nice one mb15 I see what you mean that makes more sense, will try and prise them out if it is still light when I get home later, seems a bit archaic even by Tech 1 standards having to ease them out by bending the kit :mad:
