Re: rear disc conversion question?
Ahhh yes! You can tell I'm new to BMW's
so I can still use a 45mm kit if I have a rear disc setup? Thinking of buying a cheap hot tuning kit just to get me slammed for a few months until I get more pennies for a gaz coilover kit

rear disc conversion question?
Right I have a 316i and I want to do a rear disc conversion, now if I change the rear arms I'm guessing my struts have to change aswell? Since the rear end will basically be a 325 and they have 51mm struts and mine are 45mm, there isn't anyway to keep the 45mm struts is there? Quick response please ...

That's my plan  t28 bb turbo off a s15 going to be mad in a car around 1000kg And correct me if...

Re: CA18DET into 316i
I'm fairly certain the wiring on these is pretty complicated. And also why this engine and not the SR20? Reason is simple realy, I'm still a student so funds are limited and I got a good price for the whole running gear. Plus iv got a thing with using the lesser wanted engines, everyone runs sr20de...

Re: drift suspension setup?
I was going to get the fk kit this week, then my battery decides to die and not hold charge so I need a new battery now, that's going to set me back a good 70quid :( so now I'm aiming to get my kit by christmas, can't afford coilovers so a simple spring shock setup with a eibach arb kit and upgrade ...

Cheers for that si, I'm thinking about BC racing coilovers, installed them on my mates civic and he said they were great, he paid 550 I think, if the e30 ones are around the same price I might be tempted, also heard when you lower the back to much it results in the wheels camber changing, anyone kno...

drift suspension setup?
So I'm researching the best suspension setup to go drifting in. I'm on a budget as I'm still a student, you get what you pay and although I wish I could spend a grand on a nice set of coilovers, I can't afford it! So is there a good setup for a reasonable price? What other tuning parts are available...
