Check that your 325i actually has a 325i AFM and TB - it's quite possible that they may have been swapped for 320i items! the throttle body is correct as its got the single bored hole for servo and seen as the rubber boot fit's tight on the afm aswell i suspect its correct also but i will che...

Yes, a 320i will run on a 325i ECU and vice-versa, but the ignition timing and fuelling maps will be way out, which does the engine no favours in the long run! this might explain the fact its sometimes hard started! on occasion it needs to be turned over more than once so its not getting enough fue...

How difficult is it to get powersteering on my 318i then with a Z3 rack? not difficult if you can source all the parts of a breaker! however the brackets for the m10 power steering pump maybe a little harder to come by unless there the same as the ones used on an m40 then your golden! you will need...

Re: 55 litre tank to 63 litre! whats needed?

Tank fits straight in, with no clearance problems. Return fuel pipe needs to be moved from its existing position on the fuel pump to a stub pipe on the front of the 63 litre tank, and the now vacant stub on the fuel pump needs to be blocked off with a short piece of fuel hose and a bung. The 63 lit...

well ive a 325i and i removed the power steering and im running a manual rack im currious is this why my idle is around 1000 rpm? or is it purely from an a air leak?
