Is it true that the UK motors did`nt come with a o2 sensor? I thought that Motronic 1.3. runs a o2 sensor?

Hey guys, Firstly the problem: The drives awesome through the rev range up until 5000rpm, where the car will misfire from 5000rpm all the way till the redline. I had this problem aswell and it was my ICV. I cleaned mines up and it worked for alil then the problem came back. Bought a new one and now it runs fine.
