E30 Zone

I though my Touring was in very good condition, but when i went to sell her I was only getting offers of £500.00. I spent double that on her in the past 2 years.

Was thinking of breaking it to get a better return. Not 100% sure yet though

I did have her on ebay, but not getting offered nowhere near what I wanted for her.

Not to sure what to do next with her as her value seems too low to put any more money into her.

well the rad hose popped off today and left me stranded. heap of crap

its still to hot, will be hard to sell as it is

its been the same for a while thats why I replaced all the things I though could be the problem. The Heaters blow hot, the viscous is new, but still the same problem persists. I think the Viscous fan is the only one the car has (mine anyway)

Havent checked the water pump, took all the hoses off and could not find anything. If it had gor into the water pump would there be no water returning into the header tank, its flowing back into there fine.

Spent all afternoon in the rain trying to sort this out. Rolled up a newpaper stick it in the fan and I could stop it. Yep as above that has quite a large hole to access through, the 4 door only has a hole the sixe of a pen

Plan on redoing mine due to the same problems. Luckily i have spare leatherette in my loft from when I used to sell interior retrim kits for the 300zx on ebay

My drivers lock is fubar, basically the bit at the back of it which the little pin goes through has snapped, so not only does the barrel just spin round and round it comes out with the key. UPDATE Lots of bits purchased but weather is slowing up progress. Have new filters New Oil New Rear Brake Pads and Sensor New Rear Boge Shocks New Spark Plugs (Fitted) New Leads (Fitted) 3 of the 4 wheels now refurbed, just 1 to go lol Wiper Blades Replaced Will try and get some more recent pics up,...

Have now picked up a replacement backbox, front seats without rips in and a rear load cover. Fitting rear headrests this weekend and then deciding if we will replace the springs with standard ones or lowered ones. choices, choices lol.

UPDATE++ Had a friend of our who is a mechanic, put the beemer up on ramps so we could have a look whats needed. Really possitive as he said there was no rust on her and the underneath was solid. She does have a broken rear spring, the back box is confirmed as shot and the brake pipes need cleaning ...
