Took me most of a day just to fit them too!!
Hell of a job if you're set on getting it right and 100% straight. To be honest there were a few moments of shaking hands and a bit of cursing... But I'm really happy with the result!

Re: If not for the E30...
Money no object and I have to say BMW M1.
But in the real world it's got to be a BMW 2002!!
Luckily I have two of them sitting in the garage...
Wouldn't mind adding a E9 to the collection though.

Okay, to get the negative stuff out of the way, I have a serious issue with streched tyres!! Hate it... :puke: In my opinion it looks awful, and certainly does nothing for handling characteristics either. But. Having said that, the rest of the car is nothing short of flawless!! Totally and absolutel...

I'm sure you lot are much better qualified to comment on the UK market than I am, but I can assure you that E30 prices are definately on the rise here in Germany. It's becoming quite the cultcar!! Obviously M3's, Alpina, Hartge etc is getting VERY expensive, but also factory M-Tech and clean standar...

Hey Neal,
Good to see your E30 back in rude health!!
Loving the clean unadorned chromie-look. And those Z1 alloys are the dogs... Very OEM yet extremely unusual.
thanx to your encouragement I finally got pics of my eta on the forum too...
