clutch pedal stuck to floor ??

My clutch pedal on sport has decided to stay on floor! Pressed it in to start and it won't pop back up. Could it be as simple as a cable needs putting back in place ? Didn't have a torch to hand couldn't check as in garage can't open drivers door fully to have proper look Thanks for any help /advice

CAR WONT MOVE

Have had car parked up for just over 2 years

over weekend I tried to take out of garage but the brakes or something are jammed and the car just wont budge.

Other than dragging it with a tow bar, is there any other way to get the wheels moving again ?

thanks in advance for any help.
