Hi guys i have a 320i 86 pre facelift . When i try to start it .it wont just turns over but if i leave it a min it fires but wont run. So everything is working of sorts just wont kick in .it will with easy start but that is not the anwser . Any suggestions would be appreciated

Morning folks . M20 started fine but I stalled it after about 30 seconds then took a life time to start. Often struggles to start if I leave it for 10 mins if I pop in a shop say. I'm thinking blue temp sensor.. Do you think I'm on the right track of barking up the wrong tree .cheers guys .[/code]

Cheers guys . Ive had the motor stripped as per wiki as the wipers weren't parking correctly. Could of damaged it then maybe . I have both parts just didnt want to waste time on it if thats just the way it is

Cheers . Doubt the injectors have ever been cleaned 180k on clocks so maybe i should be looking for a better engine. I have a pre face lift with 99k on but dont know if it with swap into a facelift easily . Thanks for taking the time to reply

theres a hole in the grille at the bottom and you can get in there with a screw driver but dont know what to do exactly as its in a book i lent out

people think they have gold bars when it comes to e30 stuff.fooking idiots. i have been phoning my local breakers for the last year then finally they had a e30 come in..i got a wing. a full set of mudflaps.central locking unit...oh and a bootlid with a m-tech 1 boot spolier for £60

sounds like mine. it was the bar that runs between the back rest tilt adjusters . it runs under the seat and holds the seat cover down .mine had broke at one end.
