Have you check that the Alternator is charging? you will need a volt meter and if it is that flat once you start it you should be seeing up around the 14 volt mark and as the battery comes back up to full charge the volts should drop back to around 12 - 12.5 volts this could be over a little time 30...

yeah according to the Manufacture date i should have Jetronic but the prvious owner had done some work to the 2.3 motor and i thought (hoped) he did the right thing and uped the fuel system as well i checked the bosch number but after googling it there isnt really any info to let me know either way....
