Well i plugged it into the Ethos reader and it said the Maff was up the spout, i replaced that and plugged it in again, it say's Lambda control 1 and 2 then over time Lambda sensor 1 and 2....... It runs ok without the Lambdas but at 17mpg on a long run.... I am getting power on the output to the La...

I had this issue it was a corroded connection on the Plus junction box/jump point i used off the E34.

Hi the 02 is running and Fly's! But she is running rich, the tale pipes pump out loads of soot on start up (I had to wash the neighbours car it was so black) when driving the fuel she drinks is crazy also it smells a bit rich, sometimes when pulling away with my foot down she hesitates until higher ...

Mine seems to run hot, but the stat does not open until 95C i have checked it in the kitchen and its fine, i have a twin fan setup that runs off a relay and the stat in the original M60 rad, when these come on it drops the heat nicely, still not had a long run in it so i cannot say what its like on ...

I have a 2.79 it is great for road use, not tried it on a track yet. My exhaust is really quite, you can happily talk at 70mph revs at 2k ish, until you hit 4k then it roars. I used the 4 into 1 from the later E39 on my 02 works a treat .

I have a spare 5 spd but all the mount have had it
, so you'd need to make something up using the casing bolts.

It was a vaccum leak! a pipe i missed which a mate found, it sounds the bees, now to make the neighbours happier and make an exhaust

Yeah all vaccum pipes are connected, i am getting new lambdas as they may be shot.

Where does this hose go
Where does the small hose from the bottom left of the throttle body go??? Its connected to a black plastic tube then back to a hose? Hi i have managed to get the engine to start, but it only runs for a bit, Have i missed a connection on the X20 wiring? I have searched through the wiring diagram and am beginning to feel lost :( Its a 540 manual from 94. If start it with the throttle open its fine, is there a choke of sorts? TIA Tom.
