Sunroof wind deflector/spoiler,
E30 fitment but I believe will fit E10, E12, E21, E23, E24, E28, E32, E34. E36.
Has fixing clips , rubber seal, light scratches on it impossible to see in pics, may polish out if you so wish.

number 2, or number 3 and 4 below 2 is a single piece , 3 and 4 two piece.
