Re: S14 2.3 Engine Rebuild time
What have you done to it to make it need a rebuild after only 50k ???
Or was it built badly ???
Or are you doing it because you are board and want to waste some money ???

Re: question for those who have done E30 5-lug conversion
Yep E30 springs and tops, E36 evo struts.
When you got it all up together you'll realise the ABS wont work and it was a waste of time doing it and sell everything and go bake to 4 stud.
The only way to do it properly is to use E30 M3 front struts and rear arms.

Re: My current E30
What month of production? It stopped in Dec 1990 iirc. I have had both on mine, and the chrome grill went back on as it looks much better imo. Front end becomes bland and looses definition without it. I'm going to give the chrome grill a try again and leave it for a week and see if it grows on me. ...

Wow two M3's! So which do you prefer driving with! winkeye I get used to the E30 after a while and enjoy it, but love the E46 everytime I jump in it, it's got everything to spoil you and is a lot faster. If I drive the E30 only and leave the E46 parked up I love it, but swopping from new to older m...

M3 tyre size question
Got some nice BBS rims for my E30 M3, the rears are 10" x 17" et 28
Fronts are 8.5" x 17" et 15
What size of tyre would be the bests to fit the rims and keep the gearing as close to standard as possible.
