Re: Dolphin Grey 325i Sport

Just thought I’d jump back on to this given it’s been resurrected. This is my old car, sold it in 2015. Lovely Sport and the car is been after for ages, but I sold it to acquire a stunning 6 series as that had been a holy grail item for some time. Very pleased with it. I sold the Sport to a lovely r...

Re: Dolphin Grey 325i Sport

Yeah well I wondered what the average miles for a
Circa 89-91 Sport would be-?

I have seen identical cars with under 100k go for £15-20k in the last 12 months.

I have this a insured with an agreed valuation for £15k.

Re: Dolphin Grey 325i Sport

I think I know that one Gert, he's on here and the pics show it in the garage. IIRC it has something like 42,000 on the clock. You will be astonished when you guess the mileage on mine - the condition belie the miles, and proves that if you look after these cars mechanically and physically they are ...

Re: Dolphin Grey 325i Sport

The car was owned by one family for 20 years+ so it's a 2 owner vehicle.

I have since replaced the odd original part and indulged in engine refinement and aesthetics to keep it ship shape.

It's a keeper, as I'll never own an M3”¦

Re: Dolphin Grey 325i Sport

Well it's got the double chrome Scorpion tips now (not in these pics) and that was a popular choice at the time so it looks tidy. It's looks as it did back in 1989 and that's what you want really. I've owned a manual Alpine White 318is and an auto Brilliant Red 325i SE but this is a special car to d...

Dolphin Grey 325i Sport

Previously owned an Alpine White 318is, and Brilliant Red 325i SE.

A lot of time and money has gone into this one, which is pretty much my ideal E30 - a Dolphin Grey 325i Sport.

Re: 325i Sport Cloth Drivers Seat

Great.

Two door, and as I say -drivers door. Its the grey anthracite as in the above pic.

Mine has wear and tear on the bolster and base, just looks poor. The rest of the car is pristine.

325i Sport Cloth Drivers Seat

As the title suggest, I'm on the look out for a 325i Sport drivers seat, in the anthracite grey cloth.

I think this was a Recaro design, minus the BMW logo.

Good money available....

Thanks

Hi

For those in the know”¦

I have purchased a 13 button OBC (computer and wiring loom) but do I also require the relay unit to make this piece of kit work-?

No big deal if so, they are about £25 on eBay.

Thanks

Car Vanadlised - Insurance Advice

Hi, Long story short - someone has taken a key right down the entire driver side of my car, and back up again. The entire length. And its deep - horrible mess. Police have been contacted so that I could obtain a crime case number. The existing paint on my car (which is overall in excellent condition...

Sometimes things are too good to be true. That's tgree times in th last 2months I've seen full repsrayed M-Tech 325is for sale, for good money.

You wonder if folk are catching on to this to make cars look slick when in reality there are issues lurking.

Good conversation with this owner, but started volunteering info such as barely been driven in my ownership, it's sorn and needs serviced. All before I could ask a question, slightly disconcerting.

What is the new paint job hiding under the sideskirts too-?

Incase anyone was thinking or parting with a large sum of cash for this car, don't.

The seller isn't declaring that the car is Cat C.
