You could always buy a new one from the dealers, would save you a lot of hassle and time in the long run.

Re: Most depraved plans
I think you could be walking a fine line. The car in the pic looks good and gets away with it because thats the kinda thing that was in for its time. Plus it's a smaller shell than the e30 so doesn't look hideous. But hey I'd love to be proven wrong and sometimes things that shouldn't be done can so...

New Battery
Hi everyone. Just been cleaning my engine bay area and all around the battery area so I've had the battery clamp powder coated and new bolt bought. Just wondered if anyone has come across a battery for the car that looks good in the car or some sort of cover as don't want to put an old yucky looking...

Cheers I've noticed they are quite expensive. You'd think with it being such a common problem someone would have made an after market part or even one from a non corrosive material!

Tyre Choice?
I expect this topic may have been covered but was wondering what tyre size is best for the 15" bbs wheels on my touring. It currently has 205 55 15 but they look kinda too big and fat although that may be down to them being elcheapos by the previous owner.

Re: Help Finding Exhaust
I'm not going for the exhaust for its performance more for the looks of a nice tailpipe without putting on an ugly tailpipe trim. I was given a price today of a stainless cat back exhaust made by Longlife of £190 plus i get to choose the tailpipe aswell so I think I'll go for that.
