Hi there, I had a similar problem on another car i had, it turned out to be the front disc pads, They were not "dealer" items and although they were correct spec for the car (Mintex), the metal part of the pad was slightly smaller than original items. I just had 2 Toyo proxes T1R's fitted for £105 all in, Company is called Ablefit in Bristol, The tyres are excellent, very grippy and look rather sexy too ( in a rubbery type of way!) Size was 205 55 15's by the way.

It depends if your car is equipped with air con, If it is you will find the resistor pack just under the fan motor assembly, It has 3 wire coils on it of differing guage wire to vary the resistance and hence the fan speed. thanks for the replies thus far.. It's going to be a few days before i get a chane to fit it. Is the wiring side of things straight forward?, routing and termination points etc??

The wiper is moving fine, just the screen wash. The check valve seems to be correct, or at least its all properly connected up. What does it check? Would it stop the water if it was inoperable?
