I'm curious how everyone has made up their looms. It looks like a pretty simple operation going into an e30.

Definitely over-fuelling. I'm not running one at the moment due to some construction on my wiring harness... Long story. Anyway... I run a wideband sensor and gauge read-out, when I had my sensor in; the car would idle at 14.6 AFR (14.6 parts air to one part fuel) and it cruise at around 13.9. Now (...

Re: Custom intake on M50 engine?
buy an engine management system first, that will be your biggest challenge. Then tune the engine to pick up some ponies. Then the turbo process will take much less time. Trying to do a loom/ and a turbo kit all at once get's a little overwhelming at times.

Re: 4 stud vs 5 stud
a proper 5 stud (BASICALLY all e36 m3 front suspension and z3 rear TA's) allows for bigger brakes and a variety of performance brake upgrades, cheaper and better coil over setup's, and better suspension GEO. All of this however depends if you want to spend the money, and if you require said suspensi...
