Yes thats right, IS is good thanks, racking up the miles, recently had LPG installed which is excelent. Are you still in St Ives, Im moving to Redruth soon. Take it your going to hang on to the touring.

Ok so reading the posts i feel that the car is slighlty less responsive than before, i have now rembered that i put the orginal chip back and i feel this is the reason for this. I am enjoying the LPG cost savings and I am getting exaclty 400 miles to £45 worth of lpg vs 280 miles to £60+ of petrol. ...

Hi, I did not install the kit myself but when I get the car up on the ramp I will try to further document/photo where the pipes lie etc. As for loss of power it is not noticeable but due to LPG being of a lesser octane and having more weight in the car, it did initially feel a fraction slower.

Ok, so it been a while since i posted any pics so some new pics to follow. Other additions to the car now include, front fogs, new sunroof and seal, new center consol and swithches, Thanks Dan. No lamber sensor fitted, I did ask about this but they say the system does not work like that.

CO put up as apparently M42 run well at around 3 and the lpg ecu emulates the petrol ecu,
Not sure on the hydrocarbons I believe LPG is inherently high in them. but I am open to differing views.

Just realised this is in the wrong section could a mod please move this to the technical help section thanks. Hi all recently had my 318is converted to run on LPG, its a BRC sequent system, done 600miles since install. Now between 2100 and 3100 RPM it is very hesitant/jumpy/lumpy/ when just cruising...

Hi all
Have decided to install a multi point LPG system into my 318is.
Need input on exactly what parts I will need?
The best/most cost effective shops to purchase from?
Any tips for install? i.e filler under number plate etc.

Car looks much better in the flesh these photos are not doing it justice monkey. May be cook will do a photo shoot sometime he seems a good photographer. personally i would, use a detailing pen to remove most rust, then rust cure gel then fill in scratches with paints for U kit, let the paint set for an hour at least as its deep so will take longer then i would use 2000 grit 3g wet and dry paper, keep it wet only a single layer and flat an flat it ba...
