I have an e30 with a m30 in her at the min and was wondering how much it would cost to turbo her, any ideas???

Hey all, I have a 335i touring that has just failed the mot last week. It has 325i sports shocks but one has gone on the front.

I only have a week to find some new shocks, at a real push i can afford £400 thought would rather spend £200. whats best to go for?

I must have a really bad postcode the best I could do was £550 with all the mods from adrian flux, its chipped has sports leather, tec2 and some alloys.

Can you put any e30 springs on a touring or do you need touring lowering springs

So I need to run a 30amp wire from the ignition to the fuse box to hook up with a 30amp 4pin relay and fuse then back to the fan.

Is there a guide on how to do it proper?

Hi All, I have an e30 touring with the m30 3.5 engine it is being cooled by a air-cone fan set in front of the rad. The fan is hooked up to the speedo so that it comes on when you start the engine. There is a fuse between it and the speedo which it keeps tripping. I figure either the fan has had it ...

Does all the suspension swap over?
Will the exhaust swap over?

When I looked on line ie wiki it rated the c2.5 as 185 bhp is that the pre face lift? You get 170 bhp out of a 325i. I would guess it is hard/expensive to get alpina parts so why the big price tag?

Its strange to mod a 323i to only get 15 bhp more than the standard 325i. The 323i spec looks a bit slow to start with? Do you know of any sites that have the spec for the mods. What's is the deal with AC Schnitzer and Hartge?

I had a look online and it is only 15 bhp more than a normal 325i but has the block out of a 323i I think. So why the change for so little change bhp wise and why the big price tag?

Just wondered if any one new any good sites to explain what the difference is between Alpina C1, C2 AC Schnitzer, Hartge. I saw a c2 alpina touring sell for £4500 and it seemed a lot for a touring...

So why is it worth so much more than a standard 325i?

What is the difference between a standard 325i and a sport?

I found a mint 325i black, no leather, alpina's, ss exhaust, the engine splutters and wants to cut-out when started from cold.

Do you have to swap the wiring loom?

Is it pos to upgrade a 316i to a 325i? Or rather is it a matter of changing everything over from a donor car

Why do you think the touring is the way to go. Is a touring better than a 4door?

Just thinking that there are a few 316i's around in good nick and quite cheap and that you can pick up a 352i touring for very little money too.

Is it possible to take everything off the touring and put it on the 316? Or is the touring different?

I have been talking to him there is some bubbling in one area and i think the head has been done, is it still worth £1400

Random question, can you swap a touting into a 316

The subject says it all, I have put up a wanted ad for a black e30 for £1400 and have had a few cars offer in various states and engine sizes.
I have now £1600

lf you could point this to l who has a black or dolphin gray 325i or 318is I would be very greatful
